On behalf of the Iron River Bible Church, here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I placed a phone call to Protech Projection Systems for technical advise and guidance on replacing our 6500 lumen LCD projector, as the bulb was dim and fading very fast. I spoke with Rod Bradbury and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on providing answers to our technical questions, and we ordered a 7000 lumen laser projector and a new mounting plate as a result. Rod not only provided helpful technical guidance, but he also expedited our order. We received and installed the new projector in a matter of a few days and before our next Sunday's church services. Our church body loves the brightness of the new laser projector, and we gladly give Rod and Protech Projection Systems a 5-star review and a big thumbs up for their excellent customer service and support. I was in somewhat of a bind, needing new projectors for my church auditorium in a relatively short amount of time. I ordered a set of epson l730u, which unfortunately were out of stock at that time. I received a call from a gentleman at Protech early the next morning letting me know. He advised me that the options for my situation were to either (a) wait a week or so for the white framed model to return to stock, or (b) switch to the black framed option and get it immediately. I chose option b and Protech shipped them to me in less than 48 hours. The projectors came in and setup was quick and painless. The quality is very good. I had tried to order from several other places prior to finding Protech. But I’m glad those other places fell through because Protech exceeded expectations. We will definitely return to them in the future if we have AV needs. A++

This company is definitely reliable and I would love to come back again. Personally, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. I had a contract to install a projector for the church and with less than 2 weeks before Easter of 2021 to get it done. A friend of mine recommended Protech Projection System Company to me and the review online of this company is very good. I purchased the item but only received the confirmation but no shipping track. I contacted the company about the shipping because it has been over 8 hours. Immediately, Mr. Rod Bradbury replied to my email about my concern and within a few hours later I received my shipping tracking number. It is hard to find good customer service that promptly responds this fast these days, especially during pandemic time. Thank you very much.

This is my second time ordering from Protech and every time the service has been simply fantastic. My first order was a projector but at that time there were problems with getting the correct lens from the manufacturer and we were on a strict timeline. Protech Projection Systems shifted into high gear and was able to procure the correct lens and shipped it out on their dime. This time I needed a replacement lamp but the lamp was on backorder. Again they went above and beyond to seek other suppliers to fulfill my request. That's the kind of customer care I like.

We had a last minute request to get a nice projector setup within a week for a sales conference in the middle of shipping delays due to COVID.
